What to expect from Jordan Dispatch LLC, and what this website is.

Independent dispatch support

Jordan Dispatch LLC provides independent freight dispatch support: load searching, rate negotiation, broker communication, and booking coordination. Jordan Dispatch LLC is not a freight broker or a motor carrier and does not hold itself out as either.

Carrier approval

Carriers approve every load before it is booked. Carriers remain responsible for their own operating authority, insurance, safety, compliance, and the transportation of freight.

Dispatch fee

An advertised example is 10% per booked load, subject to a separate written agreement. The fee for any carrier is set out in that carrier's agreement and is not a guaranteed universal rate for every situation.

No guarantees

Dispatch support does not guarantee any number of loads, any rate, any savings, or any level of revenue. Results depend on the market, the carrier's equipment and availability, and many factors outside Jordan's control.

Any carrier portal or dispatch dashboard shown on this website is a demonstration using fictional sample data. It is not a live system, and nothing done in a demonstration creates a business commitment.
